Dick,87 & Raye, 91
June 11, 1940 to February 4, 1943, South Africa was at war with the Afrika Korps, led by Gen. Rommel. Raye's brothers fought in this war and as musicians, upon returning home, taught Raye and her other siblings wartime songs that included "Kiss me Goodnight, Sargent Major". What a gift to have Raye share her singing of that song, as well as "Til We Meet Again Some Sunny Day" on their audio keepsake! As well, Dick provided a great tune he played on the accordion! This is priceless.
